Time for Exercise

This is the trouble with being a parent. Sometimes you just can’t get the theme songs to children’s shows out of your head. Right now it’s the Thomas the Tank Engine theme, as it’s played now, which I gather is the newer version. But I just can’t help but change the words in my head:

There’s two, there’s four, there’s six, there’s eight.
Counting carbs and losing weight.
Red and green and yellow too
All the veggies I can chew.

No, I haven’t let myself go too far with this. And I have no intention of staying true to a particular diet. This is just for fun or maybe a bit of torture.
