My Diet, Your Diet, Their Diet, All Different
It’s easy to jump onto the latest fad diet and hope it works for you. That’s how they become fads after all. They do great for certain people.
But no diet is right for everyone. Much depends on which one you can comfortably stick with, avoiding the guilt when you fail. After all, quitting a diet is a major cause of putting the weight back on.
The best diet for you is the one you can stick with, not the one your best friend can stick with. There will be some differences in exactly how you and another person react to a given diet will be slightly different. And it will not necessarily be clear what the difference between the two of you is.
There’s nothing wrong with figuring out which diet is right for you. You should not feel utterly deprived in your diet. It should allow you some amount of indulgence, but not an excess.

You are absolutely right about that. I have been trying for YEARS to find the right diet, I’ve tried Weight Watchers about 8 times, plus a bunch of others, and I finally found that a Low Glycemic Index Diet is the one that works for me.
