		<description>Awesome point, Stephanie. I tend to be too much of a perfectionist whenever I think about dieting or exercise. So if I can&#039;t workout for a full hour one day (and, to be honest, I never can), I just skip it. Or if I have a bite of something I know is calorie-dense (which I do most days) then I figure I blew my diet for that day and go back to eating junk.

I love your point that every bit counts. I need to remember that more often!</description>
