It’s in Your Jeans
Or rather how you would like to look in your jeans.
the simplest way to look better in your jeans is to do exercises that focus on the muscles in your legs and buttocks. Squats are a great place to start. Feet about shoulder width apart, bend like you would to sit, hold, and back up again.
Add in some aerobics for some overall fat burning and you should make some progress over time.
No fitness routine will get you fit in just one area. You especially cannot choose where the fat will burn off from, more’s the pity. But you can figure out which areas you want to work on the most for muscle building.
