What is the Goofiest Exercise You’ve Heard Of?

I was just reading over at MSN about the new tendency for gyms to offer unusual exercise options to attract and retain customers. So I just have to ask: What’s the most unusual exercise you do or know about?

The article talked about “Pogo Bootcamp,” “Stiletto Strength” and other odd workouts you wouldn’t think of in association with gyms most of the time. But I have to give them credit; if it keeps people coming back more power to them.

I do like this idea of making going to the gym less of a chore and more fun. It’s so hard for most people to make time for a workout. Making it easier is a great idea.

I don’t do anything all that unusual, aside from exercising with my kids, which gets silly if my daughter decides to take the lead. Oh, to be able to do all the things she does so easily! She’s 4 and has that natural flexibility young and active children possess.

So come on, share! Do you do anything silly when you work out?
